Cala Cartòe is the closest beach to Villa Capelvenere. The sandy seabed is not very deep and is ideal for families. The crystal-clear seawater and thick vegetation behind the beach make it one of a kind. There are lifeguards, with beach chairs and umbrellas for hire. Suitable for familes and people who love snorkelling.

Cala Osala

The beach at Osala di Dorgali is very similar to nearby Cartòe. It’s suitable for families and offers the same services, although it is a bit more spacious. Basalt cliffs are reflected in emerald waters. Sand separates a little lagoon from the sea.

By taking a walk from the northern end of the beach you can reach Osala di Orosei.

Cala Fuili

Cala Fuili is a pebble beach. Reached from Cala Gonone by taking the road called Viale Bue Marino up to the parking area. From here a stone stairway descends to one of the most beautiful beaches at Dorgali and Cala Gonone, backed by high limestone cliffs where cute little goats can be glimpsed.

Cala Luna

Cala Luna is certainly the most famous beach at Cala Gonone. Very broad with fine sand, it is backed by limestone cliffs and Mediterranean shrubs. The cliffs have large caverns where you can cool off during the hottest of days. Reached by boat or rubber dinghy from the port of Cala Gonone, or on foot from Cala Fuili.

Cala Goloritzè

Cala Goloritzè in the territory of Baunei is considered the most beautiful beach in Sardinia and among the most beautiful in Europe. Reachable on foot by taking a path from the area called Su Portellu. Beach access is not permitted for anyone approaching from the sea but you can get close on mini cruises aboard rubber dinghies departing from Cala Gonone.
